The work I have done with Elena has been truly amazing. I have scoliosis and have looked for years for something to relive the pain – having been told by doctors there was “nothing I could do.” Not only do her classes build strength in the body and relieve pain, they are FUN!! I look forward to her classes and hate to miss. And I’m truly grateful to have found her .. my body is grateful too 🙂

Aerial SALT with Elena is a complete full body workout which includes relaxation and mental stimulation as well. As a dancer, all movement is done for a purpose, as are the principles of the SALT classes. It is therefore the perfect class for me & most definitely the highlight of my week. Thank you Elena for creating this phenomenal workout with great energy and ambiance.
